Homosassa

On Monday I went to Lisa's house to spend a few days with some of the wonderful ladies I work with. We went to a cute little beach on the west coast, i think it was called Pine Island. Monday night we went out to a very unique restaurant/bar called the freezer. The menu consisted of boiled shrimp, crab legs, clam chowder, and chips and salsa....pretty sure that was the extent of it, but it was very cool...and right on the water. On Tuesday Amanda, Lisa, and I spend the day at The Wiregrass Shops in Wesley Chapel for Lisa's 25th....where I did some serious damage, oh well...when in rome?? Anyway here are some pics. This is Lisa (birthday girl), she is a 7th grade math teacher at IMS...

Easter

We drove down to Aunt Laura and Uncle John's for Easter weekend, and had a great time as usual! Had a lovely day at the beach on Saturday, Uncle John grilled up a DELICIOUS london broil that night, YUM! And on Easter we went to the Blue Moon Fish Co. in Coral Springs for brunch! YUM, again! Here are just a few pics of the crew...

Herb Garden

Isn't it cute?!? The cilantro isn't doing so well.... But the parsley, basil, and stevia is flourishing! Uncle Jeff made the crate stand thingy! Thanks UJ!! Before you know it I'll be making pesto sauce.... Mmmm!!

Spring!

About two weekends ago (ish), we went hiking 15 minutes away at the Carney Island Conservation park. It was a beautiful day (as usual), and we did a 5 mile (ish) trail. Here are some of our lovely pictures...
