Par-tay!

This past weekend, there was a going away "par-tay" for my principal! It was a lot of fun hanging with the work peeps! Good food, good ppl, good times!


Notice anything weird about this next one??


Apparently there is a llama farm back to back with the house we were at! There were 4 or 5 of them just roaming around! The first time I saw it I was like "ummmmm hello"!!!! And this guy wanted to get in on Mr. Farrells toast!!!

...WONDERFUL things to look forward too!

-1 week until summer vacation begins (for students)!
-8 days until Sharyn and Kevin come to visit!
-13 days until Tampa with the girls!
-19 days until Aunt Laura, Uncle John, Jen, and Kristen come to visit!
-26 days until I am OFFICIALLY on summer vacation!
-29 days until Mom, Dad, and Bro come to visit!
-49 days until Joanna visits and we go to Daytona Beach with the girls for 4 days!
-55 days until we leave for our road trip to NY!
-66 days until I go back to work and I officially become and 8th grade guidance counselor!
-89 days until Kim, Mike, and Stephen's adorable nephews come down and we meet up in Disney!
-148 days until Kim, Joe, Joseph and Kaci (can't forget Madeline, and Ray too) come down and we meet up in Disney!


So MUCH awesomeness...and I'm sure the list will be growing! Man do I love countdowns or what!?! Hope I didn't forget anything!

Just another weekend...

...in paradise! Stephen had a friend working on Big Red who lived 6 miles from the coast in Vero Beach, so we made a trip out of it! We found a cute place called the Surf Club Hotel that was RIGHT on the ocean... It was perfect and very relaxing! There was a live Reggae band called "Triple Threat" and they were awesome! We spent the whole time at the beach/pool...and had dinner at a yummy restaurant on the ocean as well called "Mulligans"....yummmm! I even dowloaded an app to take videos (see post below)! Here are some pics...

Busch Gardens

Friday was the 7th grade end of the year field tip to Busch Gardens. Can you believe there is only 13 days of school left?!?! Craziness! I chaperoned a group of 6 of the sweetest well behaved girls and we had a blast!! Anyway here are a few pics from the trip...

We met up with Jiana and her fiancé Ryan in Disney 2 weekends ago! Congrats! So happy for them! We had a really great time!

A dry socket or a hot pocket??

So...a week ago I had my bottom left wisdom tooth pulled, and like my mom says...nothing is ever easy with me!! Of course I get to be one of the lucky few (5%) who develop a condition called a dry socket (or a hot pocket...lol mom). What on earth is it?? It is...
"A painful condition following a tooth extraction caused by a blood clot that does not properly fill the empty socket, leaving the bone and nerves underneath exposed to air and food...causing severe pain, and delaying the healing process."

Yayyyy Me!!!

Get out of here wisdom teeth....who needs ya?!?! Hit the road!!!!
