Amie @ Amiebelle {Guest Post}

Amie from Amiebelle is here again for another FABULOUS guest post!!!  I just love having her!!!  My nails are currently pitiful....going to paint them immediately, I'm inspired!  XO
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If you know me at all, you'll know I've loved nail polish since I was about 10. I went through bottle, after bottle of silver nail polish for my toes for about 8 years, then realized there were probably a few more options out there. Once that became a realization, my collection bloomed. It's pretty much a big problem. I've upgraded the size of my box so many times, I'm already out of room in my new one! I really want one of those shoe organizers for the back of my closet door to put them in. One of my favorite YouTuber's did the same thing last year, and it looked great! And hello, room for new colors!
For this post, I decided I would show you guys some of the favorite colors from my collection, instead of trying to do a fancy nail tutorial. Those never work out as I plan them. Except this one I posted to Instagram. Oh, and nail decals. I'm good at those! (Seen here).
Majority of my collection!
My favorite glitter and shimmer polishes - Butter London HRH; Essie Ruby Slippers; Mac Soire; Chanel Azure
My favorite pastels - Ciate Strawberry Milkshake; Essie Go Ginza (Play Date is another favorite but not shown); L'Oreal Macaron Me Madly; L'Oreal Butterfly Kisses
Favorite winter/dark colors - Essie Smokin' Hot; OPI Give Me Moor'; Ulta Ruby Slipper; Essie Bahama Mama; OPI My Favorite Jet
Some summer colors - Essie Butler Please; China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy; L'Oreal Members Only; Zoya Charisma; Essie Pretty Edgy.
And of course, no blog post would be complete without a little cameo from my Oliver!
Fresh Start Friday
Isn't a great feeling to put a LONG week behind you.  It wasn't a bad week by any means, just a busy one...and I'm ready to rest up for the next one!  Wait!  There will be no rest just yet...today is Open House!!!  One of my favorite things about being a Guidance Counselor is the fact that we get a nice fresh start every school year!  Each year is different from the last, and the hope is that it will be the best one yet!  I'm looking forward to meeting our incoming 6th graders, and seeing the familiar faces of our 7th and 8th graders later today!  It's going to be a good day, and a great 2013-2014 school year!  I can feel it!
Here is a recap of some "high-five-worthy" things from this past week...
1.  My favorite kind of selfie is of the shameless variety.  This was taken in fitting room after trying on nursing bras.  Stephen was wondering what was taking me so long.
2.  Baby Girl now has her first hoodie thanks to Uncle Peter!
3.  My other half (literally she is A-L, I'm M-Z -at least for the 6th grade) and I are back at it with our awesome new chairs.  They also function as a way to transport our crap between our offices and the conference room.  Why didn't we think of this last year?  Oh right, because our old chairs weren't worth bringing ANYWHERE!
4.  What better way to get through a late night at work?
5.  Our cute bottle drying rack is all ready to go next to the sink.  I love it!  Thanks again Ashley!!! XO
Linking up...
Hopefully you all have a fantastic Friday!
