What's cooking this week?

Happy Sunday!  This past week went by too fast.  Stephen and I haven't started our Christmas shopping yet, and honestly we haven't even had a chance to think about it.  In our experience, it seems like our best bet is to do it all online and have it shipped to NY so we don't have to deal with packing presents.  This will be year #4, so we are pros by now!  It's pretty convenient because I am not a fan of fighting the crowds at the thank you!  So...I guess I know what we are doing today!

In addition to online shopping, I am going to be making a TRIPLE batch of sauce.  On Thursday we are having a pasta bar at work to raise money for IMS Relay For Life!  Everyone contributes different types of pastas, or sauces...and then it is just $5 a bowl.  I just know this event will be a big hit....HAD to get in on this one especially since it is for such a good cause!

Tonight - Sunday sauce, and salad
Monday - Blackberry Turkey Brie Panini
Tuesday - Jamaican Jerk Chicken, and Jamaican Red Beans and Rice
Wednesday - Loaded Veggie Pizza
Thursday -  Sweet and Fiery Pork Tenderloin with Mango Salsa and leftover rice from Tuesday

Yesterday was a BLAST...we went to 97x's Next Big Thing at Vinoy Park.  We were there for most of the day, and got to see Paper Tongues, Grouplove, Flogging Molly, Of Monsters & Men, FUN, Silversun Pickups, and Bush.  Still amazed that we could be at an outdoor concert in DECEMBER!  Don't be fooled by these pics, it did get chilly the second it started getting dark.
Such a good time!  :)
